I’m a cis, white, queer woman with a futon available for short-term stays. It’s in an open space that doesn’t have a door, but which can be closed off with a curtain.
House is not accessible (several steps to get to main floor, and bedroom is on second floor). No cats, due to allergies, but dogs are able to stay in backyard/closed porch. Two dog parks nearby. No smoking in house.
Close to transit, and walking distance to groceries, and farmer’s market May-October. Washing machine in house, but no dryer. Street parking only (during the day, there is a 1 hour limit). Bikes available.
I am an omnivore, but eat mostly vegetarian. I’m also a rather introverted morning person, so I probably won’t be great company, but if you want reading material, I have a whole roomful! Access to landline and internet, but no TV.
