Hello thar! I’m Alyss, a 23 yr old white genderqueer butch woman, engaged to a 22 yr old queer cis guy but currently we live with our parents. I can’t offer a place to stay right now, but I can provide transportation up to 2 hours away and/or a meal to queer and trans* folks who are passing through. For north, I’ll go as far as San Luis Obispo, and south as far as Los Angeles or Orange County. We *must* meet up in a public place before I will agree to drive you. I drive a Hyundai Tuscon mini-suv that can seat up to 4 passengers (3 in the back seat, plus one next to the driver) and has decent trunk space. I don’t mind smokers and/or 420ers, since I partake in both, but I would prefer that you not smoke in the car. Animals are okay if they are well-behaved; I am not responsible for your pets. For food, I can accommodate any dietary preferences or allergy needs within a reasonable budget ($20 or less per person). I can also provide to-go food for the road. Payment is never expected but barter or energy exchange is appreciated if you have the spoons. I am a musician and a writer, and I love making connections with fellow artists and/or trading our work. In October, my partner and I will be getting an apartment together, so we are a possible resource for a couch in the future if you are planning to stay in the SoCal area.
