Hi, I’m a mature FtM, resident of Sonoma County since 2000. I lost my apartment and need a place to stay. Open to work exchange or low rent situation with low move-in cost. I have camping gear, and I’m clean and quiet.
I have local references and am good with plants. I’m happy to help with yard work. I’m non-smoking, drug-free, light drink and have experience with property caretaking, including keeping drainage ditches clear, pruning, weeding, improving the landscape with new plants and maintenance.
