bedroom for rent in Kitchener/Waterloo area $495 a month very queer inclusive close to both universities and bus routes
In the south area $475 a month all inclusive. I’m trans ftm student and I work part time and need help paying for my apartment. I’m allergic to cats and cant have pets in my apartment.
Also I’m here if you want tea and company.
I need a roommate starting as early as mid to late June, but possibly any time this summer! I live in a beautiful apartment between Midtown and Old Fourth Ward, right off Ponce de Leon. Rent will be 500 a month; utilities are semi-included and free internet is available. I have two kittens so you need to like cats! Other pets may be okay, but probably not dogs. The apartment is on the lower level of a lovely old house. Upstairs neighbors are also the landlords and are a white gay male couple, they have a sweet dog and we all share the backyard (which is SUPER big for the city!) I’m not comfortable with any smoking or drugs in the house but alcohol is okay. Preferably someone who is also trans or trans-friendly. I’m a white queer non-binary fat femme. I’m a vegetarian, but I don’t care whether or not you are. Bus stops all around. Email me at vee.mcconnell@gmail.com or veeisagenderneutralname.tumblr.com.
Hello. My name is Jesse I am a 21 yr old FTM with a safe place for someone to stay for up to 5 days. I own my own car so if you need a ride to my apartment from the train I can do that. I live alone but I will have friends over most nights. You can contact me through e-mail : Dubst3pasaurus@gmail.com
My name is Aiden and I’m a 19 year old FTM in Columbus, Ohio. I have a one bedroom apartment and I live alone right now, but I have a futon in my living room that’s open to anyone that needs it. You can stay as long as you want and while I’d appreciate help with rent and groceries, it’s certainly not necessary. I’d also be more comfortable if the person staying with me was close to my age. I have a cat, so you’d also have to be okay with that. I work night shift so I’d be gone most nights and asleep during most of the day. My tumblr is youre-a-real-bitch-nance, contact me for more details
I have a room in Portland for anyone who needs it for a few nights. I’m trans and my roommate is genderqueer. If you are interested e-mail me at KaseyLiam.p@gmail.com.
My roommate, who is a trans male, and I (cis male) have an apartment in Northern Virginia just outside of Washington DC. We can provide housing for up to 2 weeks in our guest bedroom, or on one of 2 couches, foldaway bed, sleeping bags, or lots of floor space pillows/blankets etc. We can provide showers, internet access, and help through a local LBGTQ clinic with trans legal issues and some limited medical care. We’re on a bus route to the subway station and there is free, but limited, parking in our complex. Allergy alert: We have 2 cats and one dog. We don’t mind smoking/marijuana but prefer it stay outside. If you’re underage we can help with emergency housing and put you in contact with organizations that can provide more permeant housing.
Room for rent available in Bronx, NY between May and August. $675/month but can be negotiated. 420 friendly, dog friendly. Fully furnished with wood floors. 10-15 minutes walking to metro-north train station, right next to the zoo and botanical gardens. 2 blocks from the Fordham University campus. Short bus ride to subway or 20-25 minutes walking. I’m subletting the room—I have one roommate (separate room) who is cis but trans friendly and a psych PhD student. Contact me at shortstack51@gmail.com or shortstack51.tumblr.com if you are interested or would like more details.
I am a multiracial, cisgendered, queer female living in a very LGBTQA-friendly environment with a strong trans* presence. I have an available bed for at maximum a few nights stay for someone passing through or needing a day or two to get on their feet. I would be able to provide a reasonable amount of food for the duration of the stay, veg* friendly, smoking not permitted in the room but outside is acceptable. Wheelchair accessible, although that would obviously need to be arranged beforehand. Unfortunately, I cannot host any animals, nor can I host multiple individuals, however there is a city bus that stops almost directly outside with nearby access to trains, MegaBus, and an airport.

Our(three queer-identified people) house is open and welcoming to anyone who needs a place to stay for a few days. We strive to be considerate of people with disabilities. However, the house is not wheelchair accessible. (I don’t mind carrying people in and out if they’re comfortable with it.) We are a primarily vegetarian household and enjoy sharing food when possible. If you need a place to stay or a resource in the area, please contact me at anita.crowdagger@yahoo.com and/or slip a message in my inbox. I don’t have a car,but I might be able to help you work out transportation. http://www.tumblr.com/blog/jesuisenretardis
Hi! I’m Hannah, a cisgendered female, and my boyfriend is a cisgendered male, but we’re both super nice and trans* inclusive and try to be good allies (I sound lame, I know) but I just want to help any trans* people in our area! We live in Tampa Palms, which is in north Tampa, a very nice neighborhood, private, also a gated community. You can spend a few nights if you want (we have an AWESOME couch) or you can move in! We charge $460 a month in rent, which includes utilities and you helping us with the condominium fees. We both work, and his mom owns the house (she lives in New York so don’t worry about her!) so no matter what, you will always be able to stay here. I’m a full time student, and we live pretty busy lives, so most of the time you won’t even know we’re here. We have our own bedroom/bathroom, so we don’t leave our room very much. We’re 420 friendly, we don’t mind drinking, just no vomiting on the carpet. We have a cat who is super sweet and loves everything and we ask that you not hate or hurt the cat. Her name is Simone. You can bring your partner, your children, your pets, just please bring stuff for them. We’re perpetually broke, so we can’t offer much in way of actual cash, but we can offer a hot meal once a day, and a safe place to stay, and hot, running water! My tumblr is vitam—aeternam.tumblr.com so send me an ask and we can chat and see if this is a good place for you!
I can’t wait to hear from you!
Love,
Hannah
My roommate is moving out in the next few weeks and I need a new one just until the lease is up in June. We split a 1-bedroom apartment in Brooklyn, but I live out in the living room. That’s like my studio. Your room will be private.
We’ll split rent and utilities, and your share of the rent is less than $600. Public transit is nearby.
Hit me up! I’m super-chill and I love to cook for people! domermaidslayeggs.tumblr.com
My roommates and I are looking for a trans*/gender nonconforming individual to rent a room here in our big, lovely house. It’s located near Turner Field and is convenient to GA State, Cabbagetown, East Atlanta, Grant Park, I-20 and 75/85. There are five of us who live here already and we’d love to have someone (preferably in their 20s) move in ASAP.
The house is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. We are cigarette, 420, and alcohol friendly. We share food and chores. Rent is about $250 a month but can be negotiated depending on your circumstances. The room is pretty small, but has a nice sized closet and is connected to a bathroom.
Message me for rent info and any other questions you may have. Thanks!
I will be moving out of my current housing in March and am looking for someone to replace me. Said replacement will be living in a house with 4 other roommates (three girls, one guy) in a house off Metzerott RD, very close to the University of Maryland in College Park. Two of the girls share the downstairs area; the other three tenants live upstairs with one bathroom, a kitchen (complete with oven, stove, dishwasher, etc.) and a living room area. This house is ideal for students looking to live near the University of Maryland.
The room is currently painted yellow. It will be returned to white when I move out, unless you want to keep the color. This room also has direct access to the deck and backyard, which is ideal for smokers, as smoking is prohibited inside the house.
Rent is $600/mo, excluding utilities. Split five ways, you should not expect to pay more than $100/mo for gas, electric, water, and internet. Incoming tenants must be ready to pay an additional $600 security deposit, as well as March rent. A costly start-up, but ultimately very affordable housing in a convenient location.
The lease is for one year, but tenants can move out earlier if they find a suitable replacement that all roommates agree upon.
We welcome anyone to move in, but keep in mind this is an LGBTQIA-friendly house. One of the roommates is a trans woman and occupies the basement with her girlfriend. I won’t allow anyone to replace me that they don’t feel comfortable living with. A fellow trans* person like myself would be ideal.
We have a room we are willing to rent out in a 2bdroom 1 bath apartment. Rent is $400 a month, which includes utilities and WiFi internet. Sorry no pets, unless you want to pay for cat fees with apartment complex. We really don’t want to have to take care of a dog, just too busy. There is a fireplace, full kitchen, free unassigned parking and next to 2 major bus lines. The Apartment complex has a pool, a workout center and business center. Diverse neighborhood, plenty of transgender support within the Denver metro area. Close to mountains and 300 days of sunshine every year.
We are two MtF trans women, not fulltime yet, but have taken the next step in our transitions. We are in our forties, work and do not use drugs. We do smoke tobacco and are trying to quit. We would like to find a cool roommate who is also looking for a supportive positive environment where you can be yourself. You will have to pass a background check with apartment, so no axe murderers please. Also no drugs, 420 is cool once in awhile, but not everyday. Age not a concern as long as over 18. We are on 2nd floor with stairs not wheelchair friendly. We are looking for someone who works, even if part time. Contact Suzy at bumpyroad07@yahoo.com if interested.
