Hey, my girlfriend and I have a futon in our living room if somewhere needs a place to crash for a couple weeks-months. We just ask you clean up after yourself, and if needed we can supply you food- but it’d be great if you could purchase your own. There is laundry on site- 3.50 for wash and dry. Plenty of parking if you have a car. There is cat but my girlfriend is getting rid of her soon, due to the fact i’m highly allergic. There will be a dog soon, my golden retriever- Max.
A little about myself and my girlfriend. I’m FtM(10 months on T) 22 years old, sober(but I don’t mind if you do anything, just not in the house IE- drinking/smoking) I play a lot of World of Warcraft, and listen to EDM all day.
My girlfriend 23, into pop punk music, in a band, sober.

Hello, my partner and I have a very awesome pull out couch (which turns into a queen bed!) available to anyone who needs it. My name is Chase, I am 22 and FTM. I had top surgery May 30, 2013 and have been on hormones for over 3 years. My partner is 19 and a cis queer female who goes by female/gender neutral pronouns. I am vegan and she is vegetarian but we can make you a great meal don’t worry! We don’t smoke or do drugs but we drink occasionally. Just let us know if you need anything. We live downtown Montreal right beside a metro (subway) station.
We are both here if you need anything just message us!

Have a great day.
Two white-queer-cis-veg-cat ladies with comfy couch available. We are both low key and not big partiers with full time jobs. You can’t really smoke in the apartment but there are back stairs you could smoke on. 15 min. walk from the train stop, and a 5 min. walk from a 24 hour bus. Our apartment is sadly not wheel chair friendly. Also our apartment has no air conditioning. We are a short walk form the large and wonderful humboldt park. We are willing to accommodate people for 3 to 4 days. We are also a not meat house and both cook frequently tougether and love sharing. We can accommodate pretty much any allergy and diet with out meat in it. We have two cats who do not get along but are separately wonderful. One cat yells/meows a lot as well. We are very into creating a safe space and will do whatever possibly to make someone feel comfy and safe.

Hello, my current roommate is leaving after this year to move back home, so we’re looking for another person to take his place on the lease come May.
About the apartment:
The apartment is located in Southern Indiana, a few minutes from the USI campus and within easy walking distance to food and grocery stores. Unfortunately it is not handicap accessible. Rent is $220 a month plus electricity (my current roommate leaves the lights on all the time and our electric bill is still only about $30 a piece.) There’s two bedrooms, one bath, laundry, a full kitchen, etc. It is also very likely that the room he leaves behind will be furnished (bed, desk, shelving).
You will be living with me, my fiance’, and our dog, Ajax.
I am a trans man, and my fiance identifies as genderqueer. We both work and attend college full-time (my fiance is a social work major, and I’m early childhood education). We’re a pretty quiet couple. My fiance struggles with anxiety and depression, and I am diagnosed with PTSD, so we strive for a calm environment. Our dog Ajax is an absolute riot. He’s a 20 pound mutt that we rescued, and he always keeps us laughing.
If there’s anything else you’d like to know, please get in contact with me.
Two genderqueer people seeking a third trans-friendly roommate. The lease is from now until March 2014 so this is probably undesirable for students. It’s a two-bedroom apartment, you would get your own room and access to the shared bathroom, kitchen, and living/dining area. Photos available if you send a message. Apartment is located right next to the bus line which provides easy access to downtown and the greater Binghamton area.
Rent is $229/month per person plus electricity which runs about $30-40 per person in the summer months due to air conditioning usage, $10-15 per person in the winter.
We’re quiet, introverted, and friendly people who spend a lot of time out of the house at work, school, etc. If you can make it to the area, we would love to meet you :)
Hi all! I posted a while ago looking for a roommate, but now we have a place secured and want to open up our couch to those who need it!
We live in Hillcrest, San Diego, the gay-berhood, as it is colloquially known. We live super close to public transit, but have no car. There are three people that live here already, but we have a nice couch that folds out into a bed with extra blankets and mattress pads. During the day, the room you are staying in has our only TV so someone might wanna come in and watch TV, but as soon as you are ready to go to bed, we will clear out.
Two of us are vegan, so there is a lot of vegan food here, but we are cool with you not being, just please be respectful. :) We will be getting our cat back within a few days, so please be kitten-friendly! One of us is straight-edge, but we are all okay with 420 and drinking, as long as it isn’t excessive! Our lease says no smoking inside, so please be respectful of that. We have stairs that access a back alley, so if you need to smoke, it isn’t really a far walk at all. We are all cis, but two of us are queer, and all are very nice people!
Any other questions, let me know :) Hope everyone on here is safe and happy!
There is a group of folks that live out in Chatham county on a 12 acre land with 1 acre vegetable garden. (8 to 12 people). We are pretty close to Greensboro, Chapel Hill, and Durham. Google “Siler City, NC” and you will see! Despite what you may think of rural North Carolina, our town is quite the nice little haven for a decent amount of LGBTQ folks.
I, Kat, am a trans identifying person, and there are many other weird people here with amazing genders of many flavors but who are not trans identifying. If you are clear about your name and pronoun preferences from the start I think you will find things easier. Gender neutral pronouns of various flavors may be new to some folks here.
We have some indoor space for short term visitors. Longer term visitors can become cumbersome in the living room, but are welcome to build a tent platform (we can help you gather materials and we have tools) and camp. First month is free, second month 50$, and long term visitors pay 110$ a month. This includes access to kitchen, electricity, tools, barn, and garden space. We have two community workdays a month. There is a community vehicle that is available for 40 cents a mile and willingness to take it to get maintenance done out of the vehicle’s fund (change oil, fix tire, etc.)
We also have meetings twice a month. We check in about how someone’s visit is going after the 1st, 3rd, and 6th month. After six months longer term options may be available.
If you are interested in farming, wild crafting, art, hunting, tanning buckskin, carpentry, homesteading, cabin building, or medicinal herbs this is a great place for you.
CONTACT INFORMATION: firstname.lastname@example.org or the land line is 919-663-2306, ask for Kat. Call back if no reply — this is a shared line and messages frequently get lost in translation.
I farm about 20 hours a week here and grow vegetables for a CSA that runs April through November. You are welcome to come volunteer in the garden, and I sometimes have paid work available.
The big things we all agree upon and want from each other are:
Willing to communicate/work on communication
Sharing and maintaining community spaces and tools
Being punctual and accountable for financial commitments
Showing initiative and creativity in finding ways to contribute to the group tasks and spaces
Participating in meetings

Couch (and much comfier air mattress) available in Fort Collins, CO.
One-two nights only.
Apartment unfortunately not wheel chair friendly.
Fairly reliable bus system around FoCo, and depending on date/time and location I may be able to offer transportation via my car.

A friend (Emily) and I have rental applications in for a super cute two bedroom apartment in a duplex on Albatross Street.
Our third roommate, who was gonna take the single, bailed so now we are desperately looking for someone to take that space.
The room is 7x7, upstairs in a duplex, $600 a month, plus utilities. We also have a 8 week old kitten named Pixel! The place is two minutes (walking) to the Hillcrest shuttle that will get you to UCSD. It is also not that far on the bus to SDSU or USD, as far as I am aware. It is a two minute walk to the 10 line, which will bring you to Old Town Trolley Station. It is a five minute walk to the heart of Hillcrest, where you can catch a variety of buses, such as the 11 to Skyline Heights or the 120 to Kearny Mesa.
We are too super cool, geeky, vegan, queer students. You don’t have to be any of those things, just respectful of all of that stuff and we will respect you!
If you are interested in rooming with us, shoot me a message and I will give you my Facebook so we can talk it out!
P.S. We definitely won’t be able to afford rent without another person and are unable to find other housing, so this a pretty serious situation! We are pretty anxious that we won’t have a place to live this summer and school year. Please signal boost or tell your friends! Come on, SD! We are body posi, sex posi, vegan, queer, LGBTQIA inclusive, studenty, awesome, super sweet, rad people to live with!
*Once we have a place secured, we plan on opening up our couch to people in need! So keep us in mind!*
I have couches available in my apartment in London. It’s on the second floor, unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. For transportation; I am near major bus routes, and I have a bike I’d be willing to lend anyone staying. For food, I follow a vegan diet, however I can accomodate for the dietary restrictions/allergies of anyone staying here. My friends and I have frequent cooking parties, and I’m sure they’d be willing to share their food as well. In terms of drugs, alcohol is okay. It is a smoke-free apartment however, and I don’t want to get in trouble with my landlord. Weed is fine, no hard drugs though. For length of stay, I can take someone at any point this summer, up until September 2013. After that I’m not sure; I will make another post specifying any changes made.
I myself am a white queer FAAB genderqueer person, and I am incredibly open to people of all races/identities (I consider myself an intersectional egalitarian).
I have a roommate who is also accepting of queer/gender-variant people and POC. He is white, cisgender, and heterosexual, however he will not be living here permanently until September. In the meantime, he might stop by once a month.
I have a small room for rent in South St. Augustine. I’m a Trans guy who’s looking to have a trans roommate to not feel isolated here.
The rent is $475 a month and includes everything. My parents require a deposit of $350 and the association need $25 for an application fee.
sorry no pets (except for full summered pets)
We have a large house and many kids, and are looking to rent a room for about $400 a month. One of the adult children living here is trans, so we much prefer to rent to another trans or queer individual/s.
We are located in Vancouver, WA, 98683, just across the bridge from Portland.
